Motorola RAZR Droid is thinnest smartphone in the world - with a bigger screen than iPhone 4S

Motorola today unveiled a new version of its iconic RAZR handsets - an Android touchscreen. It's got a 4.3-inch AMOLED screen, but is just 7.1mm thick - thinner than either iPhone or Samsung's Galaxy S 2.
