Apple and Samsung execs in talks on patent lawsuits

SAN JOSE, California (Reuters) - Executives "at the highest levels" of Apple Corp and Samsung Electronics Co Ltd are in talks about patent litigation between the two companies, a lawyer for Apple said in court.
