HP offers TouchPad on discount month after launch

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Hewlett-Packard Co is offering a hefty discount on its TouchPad tablet a month after it launched the WebOS-based mobile device in a booming market dominated by Apple Inc's iPad.
