U.N. court rejects Italy's Nazi compensation claims

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Italy's courts were wrong to allow victims of Nazi war crimes to claim compensation against Germany, the highest U.N. court ruled Friday, given that Germany has immunity under international law.
