Schoolgirl wins right to use her iPod in exams as she can't concentrate unless she's listening to music

The girl (not pictured) won the concession after threatening legal action. The Mary Erskine School for girls in Edinburgh has since been forced to buy a new iPod and load it with the girl's choice of music.
