Latvia PM faces Russian challenge in anti-oligarch

RIGA (Reuters) - Latvians voted on Saturday in a snap election called to break the power of oligarch businessmen, with the centre-right prime minister and an ex-president facing a challenge from a party usually backed by the large Russian-speaking minority.
